Johanna’s career includes management consulting and strategic planning at Fortune 500 firms with Bain and Company in Boston, MA and Strategic Decisions Group in Menlo Park, CA; brand management strategy with Frito-Lay in Dallas, TX; mergers and acquisition analysis and trading analysis with Goldman Sachs and Lehman Bros. respectively in Manhattan, NY; and marketing with Barth & Co. in Hamburg, Germany.Most recently, Johanna has served clients as Principal of Wise Consulting in the areas of organizational restructuring, financial management and marketing.

While serving on the boards of nonprofits, Johanna discovered the need most had for accurate and dependable government filing. Johanna established Keep Me Tax Free to provide a reliable and consistent federal and state filing service.

Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, with a focus on marketing and organizational behavior.

Anne is a forward-thinking, social innovator with more than 20 years experience managing fund development programs for social service organizations, such as the March of Dimes. Her experienced includes all aspects of nonprofit development; from the identification and qualification of donors, to grant writing and administration. Anne’s funding strategies and programs have delivered over $10 million to social service causes to date.

Most recently, Anne served as CEO and Founder of AED Events where she engaged in event planning and management consultancy for social service organizations. AED Events built ongoing strategic relationships throughout the volunteer community and delivered over 100 events with budgets ranging from $10,000 to $600,000.

Anne continues her affiliation with several service and professional development organizations, including: National Association of Business Women, Association of Junior Leagues International, Association of Fundraising Professionals, Meeting Planners Association, Business Civic Leadership Center, AARP Women’s Leadership Circle, Cause Marketing Forum, and Center for Nonprofit Success.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University, and a Master of Science in Elementary Education from Lesley University.

 

Diane BeaufaitDiane Beaufait, Legal Counsel
Diane has experience both as an attorney and an educator. She has been an attorney at nonprofit legal organizations in Northern California including serving as the Director of a program funded by the student senate at the University of California at Berkeley which assisted students with landlord-tenant issues. Her experience as an educator ranges from teaching English in Germany to teaching international students in Silicon Valley.

Diane most recently had a private law practice in Santa Clara, California and also taught Business Law to international students at Silicon Valley University in San Jose, California. In addition, she volunteered on a regular monthly basis with the non profit Pro Bono Project in San Jose. Diane uses her skills to assist non profits in dealing with the myriad regulations and paperwork involved in areas such as fundraising registration in multiple states.

Diane holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University at Los Angeles and a Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law.
